Glasgow £55,000 + Bens
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for managing the IT support team and an infrastructure analyst, driving the creation of infrastructure roadmaps, as well as the implementation of technical change arising from projects. This is a hands on role, where as well as managing the team you will need to handle active incidents, following appropriate escalation and implement the resulting changes.Key skills:-
Extensive experience working with Group Policy administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Office365 and Windows 10.

Intune and Auto pilot knowledge would be beneficial.

Experience of driving infrastructure, network, and telephony change, and project work based on roadmaps.

Experience of introducing build automation for servers and End user devices.

Experience working with Microsoft Server and Hyper-V VMware.

Experience managing back up, Business Continuity and DR solutions.

Good working knowledge of PowerShell.

Knowledge of industry standards – ISO 20001 / ITIL/ Cyber Essentials.
